200D polyester/PVC, Seam-sealed, waterproof outer shell, quilt-lined, concealed hood. Clear id, phone and pen pockets. 2 shoulder contrast panel (less than 5cm wide to comply with AS/NZS 4602.1:2011 for design of the garment).
